Can I book a specific car?
MS RENT reserves the vehicle category selected but if you want a specific car, this can not be requested (with some exceptions).
If the make or vehicle model booked is not available, an equivalent alternative to the selected vehicle class will be provided. If no vehicle from the booked group is available, a higher class vehicle will be provided.

If I do not have a credit card, can I book / rent the same?
Without a credit card you can rent only low cost cars (city car or economy).

To rent without a credit card, do I still have to leave a deposit?
Yes, the MS RENT CAR will always request a guarantee deposit at the beginning of the rental which may vary depending on the type of car, the age of the driver and the insurance coverage chosen, as well as the duration of the rental.
You can leave the deposit with any credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), rechargeable credit cards / prepaid / electronic or debit cards, cash or bank checks / circulars.
In case of credit / debit cards, these must be payable to the principal driver.
In the event of a claim, theft or a damaging event in general, MS RENT CAR will collect, or collect, the security deposit up to the quantification of the damage or the outcome of the accident. What happens if I return the vehicle late?

Rent a car for "young drivers between 19 and 25 years of age"
If you are under 25 years of age, have obtained your driving license for at least a year and do not want to give up driving pleasure, you can do so by adding the Young Driver option with an additional € 8 per day with a maximum of € 300 (including VAT) for hire.
Additional drivers are subject to the same terms and conditions as the main driver and are covered by the same rental contract.
