Which insurance coverage are active on my rental car?

To simplify the choice for our customers, we simply offer 2 levels of insurance coverage.
The first is the “Basic” one that is already very complete (includes RCA, kasko, theft, fire, 24h roadside assistance with insurance deductibles that vary according to the car model) and the second is the “Full Cover” with elimination of responsibility in the event of claims (zero insurance deductibles).

I can save time at the pick up of the car?

We have organized the delivery method fast and easy so as not to waste your time with the bureaucracy when picking up the car. The same applies to the return. In 5 minutes you will be ready to leave avoiding unnecessary waste of time

Can I book a specific car?

MS RENT reserves the vehicle category selected but if you want a specific car, this can not be requested (with some exceptions).

If the make or vehicle model booked is not available, an equivalent alternative to the selected vehicle class will be provided. If no vehicle from the booked group is available, a higher class vehicle will be provided.

When will my reservation be confirmed?

Your booking will be confirmed within 48h. Online reservations must be made within 48 hours of departure in order to provide us with the time necessary to manage the booking and delivery of the vehicle.
If the make or vehicle model booked is not available, an equivalent alternative to the selected vehicle class will be provided. If no vehicle from the booked group is available, a higher class vehicle will be provided.

Terms of payment

It is possible to use credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS), prepaid credit / debit cards, debit cards, Banco Posta (with which you can benefit from a 5% discount on rates), cash / bank checks and circulars.
Always check that the credit card has sufficient credit at the time of rental for both the payment of the full amount and the deposit. The deposit requested at the time of delivery of the car generally corresponds to the insurance deductible and fuel, but varies depending on the size of the vehicle, the age of the driver, the insurance coverage chosen or the duration of the rental.
In the event that a valid credit card is not presented, or if it does not have sufficient credit, MS RENT can refuse to deliver the vehicle without providing any type of reimbursement.

If I do not have a credit card, can I book / rent the same?

Without a credit card you can rent only low cost cars (city car or economy).

Reservation or payment of a car / van rental with MS RENT can be made using any credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or rechargeable / prepaid or electronic credit cards.
For the withdrawal of the car is essential to have a deposit to be deposited by credit card (payable to the main driver), ATM,

To rent without a credit card, do I still have to leave a deposit?

Yes, the MS RENT CAR will always request a guarantee deposit at the beginning of the rental which may vary depending on the type of car, the age of the driver and the insurance coverage chosen, as well as the duration of the rental.

MS RENT will indicate in the booking voucher all the charges agreed upon our rates are all inclusive, therefore no other costs are applied. In case of additional expenses, our booking department will inform you before the withdrawal. If you do not accept these costs, you can cancel your reservation at any time.

Can i return the vehicle out of the opening hours of the MS RENT CAR AUTONOLEGGIO agencies

What happens if I return the vehicle late?

A maximum delay of 59 minutes is allowed for the return of the vehicle, after which a charge equivalent to the vehicle’s daily rental fee will be charged. In the event that in the rental letter was indicated the clause “

Long term car hire with German license plate

The customer will always be required to refund the administrative costs of the accident amounting to € 75. If the Customer does not use in case of breakdown and / or accident related to the vehicle of the dedicated service network of the Lessor, every expense made, including any accommodation and transfer of the vehicle, will remain the sole responsibility of the Customer

What to do in case of theft / fire

In case of theft, attempted theft or fire of the rented vehicle, the Customer undertakes to immediately report the fact to the competent Authority and to deliver the original of the complaint to the Lessor within 24 hours of the event. In case of theft / fire, the customer will be charged the sum related to administrative costs. The limitations or exclusions of liability provided by the preceding paragraphs, do not operate in case of willful misconduct or fault of the Customer. The exclusions of liability for theft and fire also do not apply and do not eliminate, therefore, the responsibility of the customer for the thefts, partial or total, occurring in the regions of Campania, Puglia, Sicily and Calabria considered high incidence of risk of theft. Fuel policy

Rent a car for "young drivers between 19 and 25 years of age"

What happens if I damage the body?
